DELIVERY TIMES
At Boutique Trendz, we aim to deliver every order as quickly as possible and in the best condition.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canary Islands: 3 to 5 business days.
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 7 to 10 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 7 to 14 business days.
These delivery times include warehouse processing and transportation.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond Boutique Trendz's control, including logistics delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods or force majeure events.
SHIPPING SERVICE
Boutique Trendz continuously monitors shipments to help ensure successful delivery and resolve any transport-related issues.
- All orders are shipped through SEUR.
- Once your order has been placed, you may request a tracking number to monitor its status and estimated delivery date.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges depend on the destination.
- Canary Islands: Free shipping.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands: €8.00.
- Orders over €100.00 to Mainland Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands: Free shipping.
Shipping rates for other European countries vary depending on the destination and will be displayed before completing the purchase.
STORE PICKUP
You may collect your order free of charge from one of our physical stores.
During checkout, select the "Store Pickup" option and choose your preferred collection location.
If any selected product is not currently available at the chosen store, it will first be transferred from our warehouse.
You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected by the order holder or an authorized person.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped within the Canary Islands are not subject to additional customs charges.
Unless otherwise stated during the checkout process, customs duties, taxes and related import costs for shipments to Mainland Spain and Europe are included in the final purchase price.
Boutique Trendz will not request additional payments for customs clearance, VAT or similar charges, except where required by changes in legislation or circumstances beyond our control.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED TO MAINLAND SPAIN?
Orders destined for Mainland Spain are consolidated into weekly shipments in order to optimize logistics operations.
The usual process is:
Monday
- Prepared orders leave our warehouse.
- Shipment confirmation emails are sent to customers.
Monday to Wednesday
- Orders are transported to Mainland Spain.
Wednesday to Friday
- Estimated delivery in Madrid.
- Other provinces may require an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Monday for products available in stock are generally shipped on the same day.
Products temporarily unavailable will be included in the next scheduled shipment.
No shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays.
